1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Financia app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by BanyuDev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.

2. Description of Service

Financia is a personal expense management application that allows users to track expenses, set budgets, and manage their financial goals.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your account information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available as a separate document, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Application utilizes third-party services, each with their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. Below are the main service providers used by the Application:

5. User Content

The App may allow you to input and store financial data, notes, and other content. You retain all rights to your content. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it through the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your content and that your content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the App may require a subscription. Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings or by contacting customer support. We do not provide refunds for the current subscription period.

For iOS app users: By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Use. Subscriptions are auto-renewable, which means that your subscription will be automatically renewed when it comes to an end until you cancel it.

7. Internet and Network Connection

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges.

8. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Service Provider, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.

The App is not intended to provide financial, investment, or tax advice. You should consult with a qualified professional for advice specific to your financial situation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of the Service Provider or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as it is created and owned by you.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the App or third parties, or for any other reason.

The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end, and you must cease using the application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and Conditions and by placing a notice on our website or within the App.

Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

13. App Store Requirements

If you downloaded the Application from Apple's App Store, you agree to the following additional terms:

• These Terms and Conditions are solely between you and the Service Provider, not with Apple.
• Your license to use the Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of it.

14. California Consumer Rights

15. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

16. Age Restrictions

The Application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your country for digital consent). By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have received parental consent to use the Application.

You may not export or re-export the Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application was obtained.
